To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成個冬天都未食過煲仔飯，煲仔飯真系大家喺冬天嘅恩物，熱辣辣出煙仲加埋可以自己任揀吾同款式嘅食材，確實好吸引🤤講到煲仔飯佐敦廟街就街知巷聞，但都吾代表其他地方整出黎會冇高質素。以食煲仔飯黎講，環境真系好高級😍深藍色同淺色嘅枱櫈更顯格調。講到呢度最出名嘅就緊系煲仔飯，店名都有得你叫，但除咗煲仔飯當然仲有其他野食，2人餐同4人餐包含嘅菜式尚算豐富，除咗煲仔飯仲有黑松露雞煲，食材高級🤩然後到餐廳嘅招牌菜，煲仔飯，好令人期待！試煲仔飯之前試咗小菜先，本身好鍾意食香口野，嚟到呢度梗係整返個椒鹽一口脆豆腐💥表面有大量嘅椒鹽，好香脆可口，豆腐外皮又系脆卜卜👍🏼入面就好滑。特色臘味煲仔飯，材料系充滿港式風味嘅臘腸、臘肉同埋板鴨，一講到臘腸一定諗起某隻好傳統牌子，xx臘腸，家家讚賞😆甜甜哋真系好可口！臘肉即系五花肉部分，入口較油膩，啱重口味嘅人食😆板鴨口感實在。幾種材料加埋豉油更滋味。
