To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十年都唔來一次上水, 真係唔係好姊妹幫佢交收網店貨品絕對唔會踏足呢一度事源佢病左,又話唔甩得人,咁就叫左我去, 都唔知咩地方搵到我死最後都係搭的士人係拎單claim番佢啦去到一個人生路不熟嘅地方梗係搵啲正冇野食下穩陣啦, 呀姐介紹,冬瓜豬軟骨飯係新嘢喎是但啦有得食都冇咁多野講囉, 又唔洗點等, 冬瓜得兩舊不過分得好林好入味, 真係入口即溶豬軟骨煲炆得好林,而且送飯一流覺得唔算太鹹, 豬軟骨痴住少少肥膏, 豬油味十分甘香, 最後要多飯, 係為左送埋舊豬軟骨, 結果我食左一碗半飯
