To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬至前夕約咗班朋友開心飯聚,系open rice 見到Lee 間只有正評既火鍋店,佢嘅主打系椰子雞鍋,我打堅爐就打得多,但未試過椰子雞火鍋,決定一試!一出電梯已見到店外牆上嘅裝飾,唔洗怕去錯地方😆 入到店內,空間感足夠唔會有好焗促既感覺。今次我哋一行14 人,店員安排左一個好有私人空間既位置比我地,真係唔驚嘈親其他食客 👍🏻👍🏻約左7:00 人未到齊,叫D前菜食住先,order 左炸魚皮同香煎墨魚餅,個墨魚餅好有驚喜,又香又彈牙重好夠墨魚味,結果掙住食,要再來一round 😄到主菜上場,我哋選左原味四季椰子雞鍋! 店員介紹:首先要選左個雞鍋,食完雞再放其他材料當火鍋,咁就可以試到椰子雞湯既清甜同D雞既味道。好快店員送上鍋底和雞件,原來鍋底系用純淨椰青水無加其他調味料同清水,所以好有椰子香味而帶有清甜味道,而D雞冇多餘嘅脂肪,感覺好健康。根據店員介紹,佢地用既係未生過蛋的海南雞🐔,所以肉質更鮮嫩。當湯底水滾後就放D雞入鍋,枱上有一個沙漏,將佢倒轉,等所有既沙漏到另一邊就食得 😉我本身對椰青湯厎唔係特別鍾意,但個湯底的確清甜,唔太重椰子味,雞既質地嫩滑唔肥,好健康嘅火鍋!😋 食完雞後,就將

已經飽到頂住個胃,突然出現兩鍋煲仔飯(臘味和排骨)。嘩,心諗點食呀,但係鍋飯既香味和飯焦令我即刻唔記得咗飽既感覺,個飯好入味特別系臘味煲,飯焦又香又有咬口,正 👍🏻!記住下次預留個胃食煲仔飯。最後還有個驚喜甜品:椰汁奶凍
真係好滿足既一餐!
