「冬至」就到,近日天氣都好應節,變得越來越凍!要即刻令身體暖笠笠,首選當然係食返啲熱辣辣嘅嘢,補充下熱量🤤今次,我地就一於食碗香港地獨家禦寒秘方——煲仔飯!——————————🔷窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯$48📍8.5/10呢度嘅煲仔飯非常唔錯,分量啱晒兩個人食。熱辣辣嘅飯,面上蓋著大量嘅牛肉和生雞蛋,真係視覺的盛宴!我習慣一黎到先等一陣,之後落一圈豉油再焗,咁樣就可以食到飯焦,也可令豉油味更出~牛肉鮮嫩,加上滑蛋令口感滑順;白飯粒粒分明,煲邊偶有飯焦,與超香的甜豉油撈埋一齊食,真係暖到入心❤️🔶炸両腸粉 $20📍6/10本身好鍾意食炸両,呢間嘅腸粉皮真係薄得黎唔會易爛,食落都有少少米香。可惜入面嘅油炸鬼唔夠香脆又唔夠熱😑雖然可以自己加麻醬甜醬,但呢間嘅甜醬超級稠,食落好甜,唔啱我口味。🔷艇仔粥 $30📍8/10艇仔粥有好多料,有豬膶、魷魚、粉腸、瘦肉和花生,加上少少蔥花,香氣更佳!其中最好食嘅係豬潤,爽口又滑,不會有異味,非常不錯👍🏼粥底好綿好滑,唔似出邊會越食越稀,不過感覺加咗唔少味精,食完有啲口渴😵

本身好鍾意食炸両,呢間嘅腸粉皮真係薄得黎唔會易爛,食落都有少少米香。可惜入面嘅油炸鬼唔夠香脆又唔夠熱😑雖然可以自己加麻醬甜醬,但呢間嘅甜醬超級稠,食落好甜,唔啱我口味。
