員工們面口都十分陌生,只有老闆、煲仔飯還認識。凍檸茶走甜,清爽的茶味,淡淡然的檸味,無特別。凍檸樂,樽裝永遠係最冰凍最好飲的,無可替代的地位﹗傳統罐裝都可以,瘦長高身罐裝味道怪怪地,膠樽裝最難飲。腐乳通菜,油香菜甜爽爽,乳香添味不咸不濁,大注大注塞入,舒服極了﹗蠔油菜芯,份量真的有點少,比預計中爽甜多汁,沾點鮮味蠔油更美妙。瑤柱腸粉,滿口滿嘴都是蔥花,零星的瑤柱蓉存在感微弱,整條釀入口慢慢細味。油膩感覺強烈,粉皮不夠薄不夠嫩亦不夠滑。不是想當年腸粉佬的質地與味道,入口便知龍定蟲,轉眼三十幾四十個年頭,真的光陰似箭﹗爽滑魚皮,忘記走花生啊,我們都不吃花生的。味道夾得有點單調,蔥絲薑絲生菜絲,煲仔飯甜豉油,大量花生及兩片紅椒裝飾。我年青時還以為是刺身,近年才知道煮熟後冰鎮的。淨紫菜魚蛋魚片,魚蛋真的十分富彈性,魚片白肉滑滑搭黃皮香口,兩者趙落魚味香濃而咸香突出,配上紫菜湯更相得益彰。爽腩伊麵,幾十年來首次試爽腩,我其實想要膀腩伊麵的呢,叔叔聽錯我亦聽錯無緊要照食。爽腩筋膜位肥位有咬口但未見膠黏滑,瘦肉位軟綿無渣散散甜美牛味。伊麵嚥韌略有發脹尚算滑滑,湯汁清澈而濃郁可口。辣椒油香辣兼備,夠咸夠辣讓每啖伊麵都混著同時吸啜,加回少許分數﹗整體色香味平均,合格食得過。牛膀牛腸伊麵,物價飛騰盛惠 $60個大洋﹗先來幾口原味湯汁,清甜的腩汁、芬芳的滷水,熱熱醒神添味飲多幾啖﹗香口鬆化甘甜的牛膀、肥美彈滑爆汁的牛腸,伴碟的生菜可以不要呢﹗辣椒油永遠都係主角﹗狠狠地隊三大羹辣椒渣,更和味更有風味。香辣並重,讓嚥韌彈牙滑滑伊麵夾著大量辣椒渣,熱熱暢快地吸啜﹗ continue reading

有得食就好去食煲仔飯日前收到屹立於大埔超過25年的煲仔飯店陳漢記粥麵專家,宣布因租約期滿,即將於3月15日結業,呢個消息太震撼🥺🥺🥺陳漢記主打煲仔飯岀名係人都知,所以襯結業前光顧下店太多人排隊,等堂食要等1個鐘以上,所以外賣,外賣都要等35-40分鐘,煲仔飯有住滿滿飯焦,就算外賣食焦都脆,飯香味夠哂,完全有水準簡單皮單瘦肉粥都好好食,粥底好棉😋😋小店馳名的煲仔飯、腸粉及花蟹粥,大家把握最後機會嘞! continue reading

食咗十幾廿年嘅粥麵舖,終於都到咗光榮結業嘅一日。以前踢完波或者收工都會去食碗麵或者食碗粥,味道都真係唔錯。啲員工嘅服務態度一向都幾友善。尤其是喺天寒地凍嘅時候,呢度啲嘢食真係暖到入心。今次光榮結業梗係要捧吓場啦!特登揸車入大埔懷緬吓過去,排隊排咗九個字就可以坐低嘞。兩個人叫咗煲仔飯、豬膶粥、白灼鵝腸墨魚鬚同腐乳通菜,食落啲嘢食水準算係保持到,飽到一個點。希望老細可以考慮喺第二度再開過第二間,到時一定去再幫襯! continue reading

3月頭巳有朋友告知食肆會在3月1 5號結業,心想起碼入去大埔食返2次先。可惜時間安排唔到,到12號晚才可入去排下隊,最後2個人排了差不多2个半小時才可入座,排到近門口時有告知相熟的朋友,比人投訴話早說他們在我哋排隊時巳可搭車到達,哈哈哈哈哈!!!侍應忙到坐下十分鐘才幫到我們下單,腸粉基本等一个鐘(慢過煲仔飯)。一人吃完兩碟腸粉唔夠侯都唔好意思加單。無論如何,吃的是記憶,懷念。希望老闆能夠再開一間,香港好吃的腸粉店很少了。 continue reading
