To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個集團嘅套餐，一般都比較大眾化， 因為冬至，有朋友喺沙田同埋上水出嚟， 所以我哋揀咗呢個中間點， 佢當日個冬至套餐係1988蚊全包， 八人餐， 個套餐有開邊龍蝦伊麵底， 鮑魚冬菇生菜墊底 ， 響螺雞腳燉湯， 有炒蝦球 ，同埋有半隻燒鵝，燒鵝一 路都係呢個集團嘅招牌， 可能當晚比較忙，佢哋平時係有個火熱住嘅，所以要食得好快，最尾嘅吃時候 凍咗有啲白色嘅膏， 仲有一條 沙巴龍躉， 但係因為近做節時候，所以得六點半同八點半兩個時段， 跟住仲有兩揸橙汁
