冬至晚上,與家人飯聚的地方乃甘牌燒鵝。酸薑皮蛋的薑帶微微的辣,皮蛋是溏心的,是一道開胃的前菜。韮菜豬紅普普通通,豬紅並不是太入味,韮菜有渣。燒味部份較為滿意,叉燒肥美香甜,咬下去燶邊位特別香口,肉汁充滿口中。燒肉亦不錯,肉質和肥膏都很爽,鹹味適中,唯一落差是燒肉皮未夠脆。燒鵝乃店之名物,焉能不點。鵝味果然濃郁,鵝肉在嘴裡油花洴發,連皮連鵝汁一同吃滋味無窮。沒有想像過燒鵝之外,豉油雞也是不差。豉油鹹中帶甜,雞肉亦滑,好吃。家人都給了讚!
