燒鵝名過其實,肉柴皮老,永遠不要點上莊或下莊,只是次貨!服務態度好差,對客有可無,好像不來也罷,反映質量問題,也沒有提供解決方案,只一味強調燒鵝沒問題。這樣的價錢,這樣的質素,真心建議不要來吃,誰吃誰上檔,永遠不要再來。吃過後才明白為什麼這麼多外地人才會吃,因為本地人根本不會吃這麼難吃的垃圾米其林。永不光顧,逢人必勸!

今天2024年7月7日一行四人相約去會展聚會聽佈道大會,完了已差不多傍晚了,找地方吃個早飯也不錯,提議去附近的甘牌,因為很久沒有去了。下午1700門口已排了二三十人,我的媽呀!原來大部份都是同胞來吃,香港經濟真的多得他們的消費,才能苟延殘喘。等了約半小時,坐下立刻點了半隻燒鵝,义燒,回味一吓。席間友人問點解半隻燒鵝鵝身不同顏色?吾會搭栅式比半隻燒鵝比我地卦?終於平平安安,在這間細到不得了的食館吃完了晚飯,記得以前無咁熱,看見店內有兩三部手推式空調,莫非老闆無錢換空調,入吓雪種都懶?攪乜鬼?吃完回家口渴到不得了,喝了三杯水也吾得掂,甘牌已被除牌,決定不再去了,話之理米其林一星。

Didn’t get in to enjoy the famous roasted goose and I feel sadden by the arrangement and pity why tourist feel badly treated by service in HK. 滿心歡喜,從銅鑼灣走到灣仔食甘牌燒鵝,主因都係因為佢之前在社交媒體上多人提及,及佢嘅班底點勁點勁。 去到門口排隊,原來要攞飛,咁我就走去同佢講兩位啦。佢就同我講兩位半隻你得唔得? 点了烧鹅、蜜汁叉烧、卤水鹅掌。烧鹅还不错,皮脆汁多,不过空口吃多了会腻,梅子酱酸酸的很解腻。蜜汁叉烧味道还行,但是有很多筋嚼不烂不知道怎么回事。鹅掌挺咸的,吃了几口就不想出吃了。我们6月下旬,大夏天从3点排到5点才吃到。因为店面很小,位子不多所以要等很久。外面也没什么遮阴的地方。所以体验感不是很好。感觉直接打包烧鹅带走就行了。

太子撈麵指的是加上鵝油的撈麵,撈麵口感吃起來彈牙,但略嫌不夠鵝油,最後我都加上燒鵝的油用來撈麵

When I asked if there is daily soup today, she has to add that soup is not free. Seriously? What is wrong with the staff and service? We couldn’t finish the goose as the meat was so tough that I couldn’t even bite through…. OMG. Bad service and bad quality and it will be last time I am visiting the place. We were asked if we want to pack for the leftovers? No thank you! Quality of goose was so so bad plus he service.
Roast  goose  zero  star.  Hard  like  a  rock  for  goose  meat  and  v  bad  service

今天有外國朋友來香港想食燒鵝,就去了灣仔這間馳名米芝蓮燒鵝店, 傍晚還未夠6:00已經有幾十人在門口排隊,等了足足一個鐘頭。排隊拿了號碼時職員已經問燒鵝要半隻一隻還是¼隻,說好了就再慢慢排隊。餐廳內其實只有十多張枱,但是以上菜的速度絕對不會食得太長時間。我們三個人點了四個菜:半隻燒鵝:份量也十足,唯獨是不是熱騰騰的,但皮還有點脆,味道是好的,但肉有點韌滷水珍肝:份量的確比想像之中細,但味道真的不錯,鵝肝和鵝肉質也十分鬆 👍🏻蜜汁叉燒:味道不錯,切得太大件,太肉的感覺,有點膩白灼時蔬:菜心大條得來沒有渣,推介 😅總括而言,食物味道質量還是不錯,但感覺有點貴。但外國朋友來是香港地道米芝蓮也是值得的。

Kam’s is no secret - and for good reason. The roast goose is wonderful here, the portions are meaty and not too boney, with tender meat and delightfully crisp skin. This has been consistent each time I’ve been. Would strongly recommend the noodle soup (lai fun noodle choice), as the hot broth cuts through the fatty skin and the slippery noodles complement the flavourful meat wonderfully. The char siu here is also good and juicy, although I would still recommend Kam’s for their roast goose above
