做冬,特別少少食西餐。今次去尖沙咀試下,叫左兩個set dinner,再散叫兩樣野食。西餐唔少得既麵包,有3種,軟熟,硬,硬到似餅,加埋醋同橄欖油。一次過有3款軟硬度不同既包。栗米湯,新鮮製,仲有栗米衣係入面,好甜。 吞拿魚他他配芝麻醬,以為好細碟,原來都大,味道配合得宜,芝麻醬唔會太搶,仲有新鮮秋葵。Carbonara, 咸蛋黃醬濃郁,但食完唔會太滯。意粉軟硬到適中,唔會太硬。菇同煙肉配料都唔少。鴨肝意大利飯配陳年意大利甜醋,鴨肝唔會太熟,意大飯硬些。一食意大利飯,醋味濃烈,有別於平時食既意大利飯。無骨牛小排,餐廳建議7成熟。睇表面,都怕會太嚡,一食,面有烤燒味,內裏好淋,牛味重,南瓜蓉好甜。低溫慢煮羊T骨,羊要左4成熟,仲有原個蒜頭同菇,兩者都好淋。薯蓉裏面有煙肉粒,咸咸地。特別叫左洋蔥湯加酥皮,竟然用迷你爐上。洋蔥味好濃烈,夠濃郁,酥皮夠鬆脆。
