To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為冬至約了家人相聚，而家人多及希望有舒適的環境，訂了翠玉軒的房間。每抬最低消費$6000！雖然有點貴，但酒樓環境不錯，服務也很好。酒樓有分菜服務，很貼心。每碟食物分量也很充足，基本上家人們吃到一半已經有點飽。最難忘係個生果盤，份量之多係大家都估唔到，生果有士多啤梨，車里子，火龍果，西瓜，蜜瓜及哈蜜瓜，每樣也很好吃。最後因為分量多，也入了盒帶了些東西回家，最緊要不浪費。以這價錢吃到這樣的水凖，算係不錯的選擇。
