同朋友做冬至,突然想起龍華酒店 ,便決定去懷舊下,相信很多香港人沒有去過,都會聽過龍華大名,他們出品的乳鴿,更是非吃不可 今次清清地,點了三菜一甜品,在未說食物時,先看看裝修,相信大家未入到酒店前,都會被他的懷舊裝修吸引 入到大廳,會看看一張張不同年代的名人飯照食物方面,先說說乳鴿,今次點了紅燒,和鹽焗,紅燒的,仍保持水準,不會過火,外皮香脆,肉嫩,鹽焗的咸度剛好,野味 雀巢水晶鴿蛋:呢個十分奇妙感覺,蛋白爆至發大,蛋黃仍滑滑的,吃下食像布丁感覺,好味 但雀巢不夠脆冬菇海參扒時蔬:是用來應節的,海參爽口,生菜,冬菇鮮甜美味 桂花糖水豆腐花:桂花香甜,豆花滑,如果是熱一點就更好
