家人提議,唔想又係酒樓/盤菜,想食特色既中菜,地點又近屋企既,就選左中環三小漁點左一碗十年陳皮魚茸羹俾呀媽食(位上),呀媽嫌腥,加左胡椒都係飲唔到半碗😅主菜:黑磚豆腐, 脆米煎焗日本元貝,蓮藕蜜椒骨,椒鹽鮮魷,蝦仔油渣粉絲雜菜煲,黑松露蛋白炒飯甜品有:桃膠燉雪梨(位上)需預訂、桃膠燉手功菊花豆腐花(位上)、法式蕉糖燉蛋、手磨棗茸糕黑磚豆腐同日本元貝都好食,豆腐皮炸脆了,豆腐保持嫩滑,好味👍同埋元貝一齊位上,元貝好大粒,如果煎得再香口啲仲好;蓮藕蜜椒骨,我覺得甜得滯,反而我見好多台有點冰鎮菠蘿咕嚕肉,賣相及份量也比較好,少少後悔;椒鹽鮮魷跟蝦仔油渣雜菜粉絲煲非常普通,可能喺一般小菜館點仲好食;最後點咗個黑松露蛋白炒飯,黑松露幾香濃,份量夠大碟,老人家堅持要食飯,所以就點啦,價性比高。甜品價錢唔平,比較值得一提係桃膠燉菊花豆花,經理特別講一碗豆腐花要切360刀,配上桂花糖水,清甜嫩滑,賣相一流,推介👍,相比起燉雪梨,燉蛋,更值得試,棗茸糕也是較出色嘅甜品,為整餐飯畫上完美句號。是日整單消費$1806,平均每人$300(6位)
