臨近農曆新年,好朋友們相約的飯局一個接一個;這次也是以日本菜為主題,過年前的多家餐廳確實難訂位,幸而好友最終訂得位於澳門逸園大廈內的--漁獲浜燒!七點左右來到銅鑼灣地鐵站,順著潮水般的人潮出了閘,很快便來到大廈大堂;等了一會,兩位好友都到齊了,就排隊乘搭電梯了;電梯門一開,就看見一個寫著"漁獲"的招牌掛在牆上,地上佈滿由清酒瓶子堆砌而成的牆腳, 加上木條組合的牆身,和式調子油然而生!進內後,迎面的是一個兩層式的水族箱,養著多種新鮮海產,其中一款是慢動作的蜘蛛蟹;且場內裝潢以木色為主調,燈光亮度適中,給人簡約而舒服的感覺;當中最有意思的是,其中一個牆面用清酒的招紙,拼貼成一幅大畫面!餐牌提供的選擇豐富,好友憑藉自己對日菜的熟悉,加上侍應生的推薦,很快點好了菜式就馬上落單;由於我們點了當屬漁獲類的海鮮食材,侍應生先將其遞上給我們過目;當中最吸睛的莫過於是日本伊勢龍蝦在紮紮跳,確實十分新鮮!前菜的--細芝麻鹽醬椰菜,菜底爽脆鮮甜,搭上鹹酸中帶微辣的日式芝鹽醬,格外開胃;沖繩風沙律,以當地特產的海葡萄及苦瓜作主打;啖味在口中,海葡萄略帶海水的鹹味,但其質感像極了魚子,噼啪噼啪地在味蕾上放煙花!
