To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 口裏吃著叉鴨飯, 眼睛也看著別人的冰上舞姿, 只要付上$37大元便可得到以上享受(雖然檯的位置是有點自閉, 尤其是在寒冷的冬天, 望著白雪茫茫的冰場, 不過這不是「孤單的浪漫」嗎!?)在水牌選餐時, 都聽到有不同的Bob the builder在交換情報, 通常都是讚燒味好掂, 大家都知揾得錢來志在食, 既然Bob the builder返工辛苦, 午飯時通常會食得好些當獎賞自己, 跟他們尾應該是無錯的!  不過最攪笑就是聽到以下一段對話... Bob the builder :「咖喱腩飯, 凍檸樂少甜。」收銀員竟然正經地回答他 :「我地嘅可樂無得少甜嘅喎~」哇哈哈...我點的叉鴨飯 ... 叉燒屬半肥瘦, 肉質軟嫩細緻, 有肉味但不臊, 醃料亦帶甜;燒鴨只得4丁件, 連皮帶肉, 鴨皮雖然不脆但竟有鴨味, 反而肉味就算淡;白飯與我不對胃, 因為我慣吃煙韌米飯而它則比較鋼條型;青豆多汁又爽脆, 驚喜位竟然是青豆是暖的。  整體大致良好, 職員禮貌又盡責, 抵讚!

我點的叉鴨飯 ... 叉燒屬半肥瘦, 肉質軟嫩細緻, 有肉味但不臊, 醃料亦帶甜;燒鴨只得4丁件, 連皮帶肉, 鴨皮雖然不脆但竟有鴨味, 反而肉味就算淡;白飯與我不對胃, 因為我慣吃煙韌米飯而它則比較鋼條型;青豆多汁又爽脆, 驚喜位竟然是青豆是暖的。
