To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落九龍城買餸途經候王道見到又有間新冰室開咗，一於就順便入去醫肚先🤣😂。👀見到好多檯客都有點招牌系列$ 78《紅雞水晶海南雞飯》咁就唔執輸，我都點番份嚟食🤗嗰真唔差，海南雞嫩肉滑溜去埋骨，🍚油飯都算合格，食到淡淡嘅香料味，🥣例湯唔差係清甜嘅紅蘿蔔粟米豬骨湯。另叫咗碟🍛秘製咖哩牛肋條配白飯及薄餅$65，呢度嘅咖哩好香，一上枱已經聞到濃濃嘅咖喱味，味道ok食落有少少辣，牛肋條非常腍滑👍🏻加$7飲埋杯紅豆冰🍧紅豆大大粒軟腍有口感，味道係勁濃甜😅。
