有朋友好鐘意食咕嚕肉,佢會去試唔同地方嘅咕嚕肉,唔見一排咪約出黎聚下,於是帶咗佢去試「李公館」,我自己就去過好幾次,覺得呢度D菜式煮法有D唔同,佢個冰鎮咕嚕肉係廚師推介菜之一,有兩個版本,限定版同普通版,唔同在於份量同排塲,我見限定版多咗冰糖裝飾有D仲有會加閃燈,好誇張下😂一出塲引黎不少目光。由於我地只係得兩個人,所以少少地叫咗三道菜,冰鎮咕嚕肉、籠仔梅菜皇蒸菜心同黃金墨魚煎肉餠。個咕嚕肉一咬落去有脆脆冰糖面外凍內暖,最好快食如果唔係D冰溶咗浸住冇咁好食,另外個煎肉餅都唔錯,面層有蛋黃包住,墨魚加肉餅👍🏻。
