倒數回七月初為媽媽慶生的晚飯,選擇在灣仔的「李公館」。事前只去過「李公館」一趟,品嚐過數款點心,最令我難忘是殷勤的服務,加上地點方便,於是便萌生為媽媽帶來新嘗試的念頭!提前寫好菜單,9位享用兩前菜、九主菜、 一湯品及壽桃包甜品,加一茶價全包為HK$4,788,即平均每位 HK$532。最後額外點了幾款甜品,結帳為 HK$4,990。以份量、地區、服務和主動提供了房間而言,實在不算昂貴。唯菜式未予人有突圍而出之感,某些對比預期更有點落差、有提升的空間。兩款前菜是芥香木耳伴海蜇和八味豆腐粒,一清爽帶惹味、一香脆軟滑,兩款皆可口!不只老媽喜歡,夏天飲用消暑的冬瓜盅,令人倍感舒暢!香氣、湯韻來得自然,材料有夜香花、蝦仁、蓮子、瘦肉、帶子和冬菇等,做到了標準!意大利黑醋咕嚕肉亦是老媽的心頭好,雖然賣相一般,但黑醋味足,配上肥瘦比例佳的豬肉,感覺不錯!第一次嘗試用薑米代替蒜蓉的蟹粉薑米蟶子王。要讚的是當晚的蟶子頗大,面層用黃薑粉炒過的薑米飯、加上蔥花,帶出蟶子王的鮮甜美味,富創意及新鮮感。但美中不足是蟶子王有點蒸過頭了,以致蟶子肉略為過硬!特別要求西蘭花要稍為腍軟,方便老媽咀嚼,果然沒有遺忘,讚!至於蝦仁扒西蘭花的味道屬中規中矩,不過不失!香氣四溢的石鍋九層塔胡椒蝦,同樣是老媽所挑選的菜式!蝦隻新鮮、爽彈,吸收了惹味度恰好的胡椒香,令老媽吃得開懷!為肖為妙的荔枝樹,造型漂亮、像真度高, 這道別出心栽的菜式,起初為大家帶來了驚喜!可是,荔枝造型的墨魚丸,入口一點墨魚香也沒有,外內未能兼備,就是這一點點叫人大大的失望!再來的火炙牛肋條,不溫不火、牛味淡然,完全失去焦點!我們一家都愛吃蔬菜,杞子濃湯浸莧菜清爽香滑,能平衡肉類的膩意,叫人吃得暢快!熱騰騰的石鍋臘味飯,香氣和聲音同樣迫人。入口滿滿臘味香及油潤爽糯的米飯,正是難以逃離的澱粉誘惑,大家也吃得滿心歡喜!壽桃包是以低糖的紫薯作餡,相對蓮蓉與鹹蛋黃的來得健康,但人總是偏愛邪惡的!甜甜甜,生日當然不能缺甜!再來的西米焗布甸、陳皮紅豆沙湯丸、椰皇燉桃膠和烏卒卒黑芝麻奶凍,令老媽心甜口也甜!最緊要老媽日日開心、天天健康! continue reading

很長時間沒有光顧這間酒樓。 今次再黎,食物水準仍然保持到。 叉燒腸,加左櫻花蝦係面,腸粉香滑,又是另一種感覺。 牛肉大大粒,不過不失, 蘿白糕 蒸得好味,唔會死死實實。 唯一服務員服務相對差左。 如果2點後先到,可以有下午茶時間,相對性價比高好多。 鮮蝦豆苗餃都特別。味道唔錯。 另外 內部裝修唔錯,充滿了中國風。 茶壺好特別,好難攞。 甜品相對有的特色,在其他茶樓食唔到。 紅豆沙湯圓煮得剛好 夠光路。 茶葉味道淡,呢個係另一失色地方 continue reading

疫情幾年沒有去李公館,今次再去戰戰兢兢。 點了別吃的咕嚕肉以及荔枝樹,水準都能夠保持😋 又可以打卡🤗 今次光顧有一位新經理推介了三款新菜式:包括酸辣魚,芝士龍蝦伊麵及豉油王海蝦,感覺也不錯。 酸辣魚是從來沒有在李工館吃過的,原來他們也可以做到這個味道😋 芝士龍蝦伊麵,在出邊常常吃,但是這間感覺芝士醬味道適中,而且面頭還有焊焗芝士汁份外咸香😋😋 慶幸疫情後,還有這一家經得住風浪的餐廳給我們作點聚腳點。🤗 continue reading

Here is the best food and services, we had been eating here 1st time, gave me a very nice meal. since i am not familiar to read Chinese, the manager explained and translated to me and my family very detailed. Finally we ordered “Spicy Garlic Lobster”“Crispy Chicken”“Tai-chi fired rice”BOTH are very delicious.
