朋友很喜歡吃叉燒,最近他帶我們到「盛記酒家」吃荔枝蜜叉燒,果然是好介紹。前菜:花生米~用香料炆腍的大大粒花生米,好吃。小食:椒鹽百福豆腐 ~香酥嫩滑,美味可口。三個主菜:荔枝蜜叉燒~滿滿清香荔枝蜜味的叉燒,色澤光澤亮麗,叉燒表面還有微微焦香,看到已經令人垂涎欲滴,八瘦二肥的肉質很嫩滑鮮味,大家都非常滿意。椒鹽香爆鮮魷~外-薄薄鹹香又脆口,內-鮮魷爽脆彈牙。金牌炸子雞~皮脆肉嫩,難得是油脂甚少,吃得也愜意。雪耳紅棗杞子龍眼清潤糖水~奉送的糖水也有水準,十分適合今天氣候,潤肺解燥!今晚用餐服務挺不錯,為我們加水、斟茶、換骨碟,很讚。滿櫃都是熟客寄存未飲完的美酒。
