To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近一直都想食酸菜魚,旺角諗緊食咩果陣,見到依間排緊隊就去試下。由於餐廳限時90分鐘,所以即使排曬隊都好快就入得, 店員嗌咗number之後,就畀咗個餐牌我哋係門口點餐,所以入去坐咗冇耐就已經有嘢食到👍我哋叫咗個冷酸菜魚,手切肥牛,油麥菜 同薯粉 ,另外在冇人去咗杯嘢飲。 原來個冷酸菜魚原本就已經好足料,有薯粉,芽菜,萵筍等配料,已經份量十足。建議大家可以唔洗叫肥牛,因為個湯底已經好入味,食其他配料吸味已經好夠,牛肉比較薄,牛味比較輕,同一價錢建議叫其他配料。
