Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凍冰冰最好食羊腩煲

天寒地凍，由科大搭車黎到坑口村，原來係諗住去金葉軒，不過莊員們都好似病病地，唯有改變計劃，揀過第二間。天氣咁凍，當然係食羊腩煲既好時機，四個人叫左羊腩煲，豉椒炒蜆，三色蒸蛋，原本諗住賽螃蟹，可惜冇...首先黎既係豉椒炒蜆，好像欠了點鑊氣，不過味道尚算不錯~之後係羊腩煲，很香，羊肉冇乜酥味，不過真係唔夠"林" (莫非是我們太心急..?)三色蒸蛋，好像鹹了一點點，不過味道不錯喔~

首先黎既係豉椒炒蜆，好像欠了點鑊氣，不過味道尚算不錯~
之後係羊腩煲，很香，羊肉冇乜酥味，不過真係唔夠"林" (莫非是我們太心急..?)

三色蒸蛋，好像鹹了一點點，不過味道不錯喔~
