令人沮喪的星期一工作週又開始了, 天氣又轉冷, 加上陰天、間中驟雨, 寒上加寒。令人很想食火煱暖胃, 然而港式打邊爐份量太多了, 2人用不太適合, 最後決定不如日式Shabu Shabu, 反正我也未試過, 有點期待。勝手Katte 就在百德新街附近, 即是銅鑼灣地鐵站E出口, 上地面轉左行, 下一個街口再轉左直行不遠處就會見到一個餐廳指示牌, 再轉入小巷就是餐廳。裝橫帶有日式、整齊的感覺, 坐著就會望到黑色玻璃牆身寫著菜式名稱, 不用時常低頭看menu頗方便。未Shabu Shabu 前先來點小食串燒吧~ 雞軟骨: 炸得金黃, 咬下去相當脆口, 感覺上軟骨比其他餐廳的較薄, 容易咬開, 佐酒一流。免治雞捧: 長條狀漲卜卜, 可形容為肥美XD, 金黃色外表, 相當吸引。雞捧由雞肉、雞軟骨等攪碎混成, 點上芝麻生蛋醬, 奇怪的沒有一點腥味, 只感覺到免治雞捧入口更嫩滑、很香。大蔥雞肉: 平日對大蔥有點抗拒, 因為食後口會有一陣異味, 但朋友想點一試無妨。 大蔥與雞肉梅花間竹地排列著, 方便進食。我會將大蔥跟雞肉一起食, 原來這配搭都不錯, 大蔥的香甜配上有燒汁的嫩雞肉, 燒得不錯! 而且
