最近因為疫情關係 都唔敢周圍食嘢 朋友介紹左呢間高質日本餐廳 一人一鍋感覺安全一D當晚先點了一些串燒,明太子、雞軟骨、雞翼牛舌等的小食,味道非常好又不會太鹹。然後再叫了海鮮拼盤、朋友點了A5和牛、大家都大贊 食材非常新鮮,有幾款湯可選擇,我選的是魚湯 ,湯底好鮮甜👍還有當晚我們大贊的是芝麻醬,聽說是老闆自己調的 最後來一個烏冬 非常滿足服務亦很好 咁高質嘅餐廳 價錢非常合理 ,看得出店主的用心經營 所有食材都非常新鮮 值得一去再去。

今日男朋友接收工,突然好有興致飲下啤酒食下小食,喺銅鑼灣行行吓,發現行仔有間勝手,食shabu shabu嘅,但夜晚晚又唔想食咁多野,見佢Menu除左火鍋仲有串燒就入去試試佢燒鯖魚 賣相好吸引,皮燒得好脆,入邊又唔乾燒牛舌同雞皮牛舌出邊食過太厚同太薄口感都麻哋,但呢間嘅牛舌厚薄係剛剛好!燒雞皮就正常嘢,如果唔燒到咁乾更好!燒雞軟骨同燒雞腎雞腎揀嘅位置一入口就咬得開唔會好似有啲地方嘅雞腎咬極都唔爛雞軟骨就對我來講無論如何都係好食嘅最後一定唔少得飲酒必食嘅雞泡魚干燒得剛剛好,我最後係叫左兩碟!原來餐廳老闆係廚師之一,人好Nice仲好好傾,夜晚消遣絕對係必去地點之一

居酒屋之選主要是做日式料理,位置在百得新街的内街午市套餐定食中,主菜跟餐的有橙沙律,湯,前菜和甜品蕨餅,看上去好少但實際好飽。另外串燒十分有風味,什麼都加了七味粉的。毛蟹新鮮有驚喜,可以下次再去一次。跟餐的定食沙律主要是沙律菜和鮮橙,比較特別的地方是用了七味粉,看似有點不相配,實質味道吃下去是沒有違和感的,反而多了分酸甜香辛的感覺。前菜是柴魚高湯油漬茄子,很入味,茄子浸到上了顏色,很軟滑開胃。味增湯有一點點驚喜,湯內除了基本的豆腐和海帶,還有金菇和蟹柳等材料,令湯的味道更豐富鮮甜。吃完所有東西還有甜點,就是兩塊蕨餅。

最近因為友人的介紹,去了銅鑼灣一間位於小巷內的隱世小店。這間地址非常隱蔽,自問十分熟悉銅鑼灣也不曾察覺。店舖環境以木為主,配上黃燈的格調,寧靜而又舒適。我和朋友各自點了一款定食,每款定食都配有前菜,包括沙律、味增湯和油漬茄子。沙律配有鮮橙,另外加了一些七味粉在上面,酸甜而帶微辛,十分開胃,算是創意料理?哈哈和風炒牛肉定食不過不失,他們選用了薄切牛肉,不會十分油膩。不得不說他們的銀鱈西京燒定食的確十分出色魚皮煎得十分香口,而且完整一塊沒有散開,魚香肉滑,實屬水準之作最後甜品是兩小塊日本黃豆粉蕨餅,冰涼微甜,解膩一流,為這頓晚餐畫上完美句號。今次我們坐的是定食枱,看見旁邊bar枱每一個位都一個小小的打邊爐鍋,想一想,有空來個一人shabu shabu也不錯呢

呢排日日都落雨,想搵番一點樂趣,人人話美食會令人開心,所以今日就同朋友來到銅鑼灣百德新街一間高質日本料理嘆一個靚午餐。我同朋友飲食口味都好一致,一睇到午市餐牌就第一時間想食銀鱈魚,而且仲有兩個不同口味,我哋就決定叫兩款不同醬汁的銀鱈魚比比拼。午市套餐包括有主食,水果沙律,麵豉湯,飯及甜品。先講一下前菜水果沙律是有兩片超甜的橙片,十分甜美,配上新鮮清爽的沙律菜,好開胃呀。 醃製醬汁茄子都很香甜,麵豉湯清甜配上番茄更加美味。到了主食時間「銀鱈魚西京燒定食」,是一碟煎得很香口的銀鱈魚,碟邊放了沙律醬,魚香肉滑,點上酸味重的沙律醬更添惹味。至於「照燒銀鱈魚定食」,比西京燒的味道更香濃,照燒汁香甜,銀鱈魚肥美厚肉,而且魚片相當脆口,食到滿口魚脂的香味十分香口,再加一口日本珍珠米,超級美味好享受。甜品是黃豆粉黑糖蕨餅,微甜清香,整理上食物令人十分令人滿意。

先講一下前菜水果沙律是有兩片超甜的橙片,十分甜美,配上新鮮清爽的沙律菜,好開胃呀。 醃製醬汁茄子都很香甜,麵豉湯清甜配上番茄更加美味。

黎到銅鑼灣既日本餐廳,本身諗住叫Shabu shabu,但見到有A5和牛又忍唔住叫咗黎試🤤鹿兒島A5和牛照燒定食 ($420) 午餐會跟水果沙律,麵豉湯,飯同甜品。沙律好新鮮,仲有橙,好fresh好健康🌝 麵豉湯都好有驚喜,加咗蕃茄粒入去,飲落好特別,同岀面飲到既麵豉湯好唔同~講翻個和牛先~ A5和牛梗係正,油質比例比較多,有入口半溶既感覺,牛味好重好正🥰 係覺得唔洗點汁都好味,可惜一上碟已經加咗醬汁,味道有點重,但幸好冇蓋過牛扒本身既味道。另外朋友見到我叫牛扒,佢又要叫牛扒餐😂安格斯牛扒照燒定食 ($168) 呢個個醬汁味道同上面既牛都好似,但係呢個牛扒嘅質感就稍為比較多筋,但係就比較有口感,兩種牛扒都各有特色。食完主菜仲有甜品食~
