To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開食店,多次經過都見到人龍,今天行經無人排隊,就決定試吓,購買了半雞餐,配菜選擇了焗野菜和焗薯。賣相都不錯,很可惜,雞翼部份竟然是凍的,為免食到肚痛,攪到我要用微波爐翻熱才敢吃!雞某些部位則是微微暖,幸好大部份都是熱的。口感方面,雞尚算肉嫰,但食以到雪味,調味料掩蓋不到,有點失望,選了牛肝菌汁,偏鹹!焗野菜種類算多,有椰菜、金菇、紫洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、青豆角,味道不錯,但少了點!焗薯目測有3隻小薯開半,是熱的,好味道!因為呢間餐廳淨係賣雞,雞真係唔太得,試過一次就算了!
