To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偷得浮生半日閒。有機會到流浮山食海鮮。好幸運有公共泊車位。停好車便直去龍如酒家。每次來都係呢間。服務員態度好，有魚湯送。唔係話其他唔好。只係唔想週圍試。今次三款都係貝類。三種做法：蟶子皇就豉椒汁，元貝就蒜蓉粉絲蒸，鮑魚當然係果皮豉汁蒸。特別讚元貝，真係大大粒厚身，好正。都算入味。但粉絲白潺潺有點失色，要自己撈汁，扣分。鮑魚雖然正常，但果皮咬唔開要吐出來，亦無果皮味。又係有點失望。整體配料質量、做法一般，但無損海鮮味道，一碗飯好快食完。結賬要573港圓。正常價格。
