之前一直想試呢間中菜,但經常滿座,今次有機會來到,還有廂房, 房間濶落,非常舒適. 這間中菜出名有片皮鴨. 我們一行十人除了叫了不少家常小菜. 當然要品嘗一鴨三吃. 果然很有水準, 皮脆肉嫩. 鴨皮加糖吃, 砂糖令片吃落更脆口, 又不覺油膩. 其他小菜也很出色. 其中值得一提是糯米蒸腩肉, 糯米入口很軟又很香腩肉. 一口食落去,非常合拍. 而煎鍋貼,餃子及小龍包也做得不錯. 甜品最喜出望外, 點了不少甜點. 比較有驚喜是五粮液朱古力雪樣及花彫話梅雪芭. 非常清新消滯.
