To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

生蠔,不知名生蠔,奀滋滋喎,食開大野真的有點唔習慣呢。蠔味清新散發鮮蠔味道,海水咸味不太重,金屬味亦不太顯注,質爽微甜可口,不夠肥美,平凡的合格,沒驚喜。


胡麻醬沙律,平凡生蠔後再來普通希臘生菜粟米沙律,滾上胡麻醬香香甜甜,生菜爽而充滿水份,中規中矩。烚到廿十成熟的凍龍蝦,幸好還有蝦味,還有少許蝦汁,還剩下微弱的彈性。用叉一吉一轉,整件蝦肉挑出,冰冷地隊入嘴仔之中,啖啖肉塞得嘴仔脹卜卜,既充實又滿足 ﹗味道都還可以,要食多幾隻先翻到本,努力呀 ﹗如果有點果醋或醬汁點下會更好啦,味道有少少單調。


凍松葉蟹,食完凍蝦就食凍蟹,潮州感極濃,不禁使我想起潮州冷啊。已被其他食客掃剩短短的拑乍,蟹腳蟹身連蟹蓋一早已消失得無影無踪。望望下竟然有發現,仲有舊蟹腳連蟹身喎,即刻沒收啦 ﹗蟹肉又真係鮮甜喎衰鬼,拑肉堅係少,不過身肉都蠻不錯,一梳梳彈牙靚肉,讚讚。


煙火腿,平平凡凡多款味道火腿,聯想起三文治夾火腿。黑椒味、餐肉味、等等,一試無妨,但不能食太多浪費 quota,會蝕架。


煙三文魚,有趣的質地,不軟不腍,反而結實彈牙有咬口,咸得黎不過份。蕎麥麵,連食幾碗都未夠喉,簡單而美味可口,個人覺得比海鮮們更好食囉 ﹗涼浸浸彈彈麵條浸在清淡鰹魚豉油之中,加上鮮蔥 wasabi 大大力索晒入嘴仔裡面,芳香無比,正呀 ﹗


八爪魚刺生併三文魚刺生,兩者質素都達標,新鮮度很好,亖文魚滑滑帶甜美、八爪魚爽爽帶咸香。冰鎮鮑魚,每位贈送蠔油凍鮑一隻,冰凍的口感比食開既游水活鮑更嚥韌,而且鮮鮑味更濃,明顯煨醬油煨左段長時間,味道已完全滲透每個細胞。


德國醋炆牛肉,十足十燉牛肉,未食已知道放左好耐,入口乾硬鞋齊全,味道清淡平凡唔好食。烤豬肉跟香腸一模一樣味呢,唔好食。炸石斑塊竟然 overcook 都好味喎,外脆內嫩,魚汁滴滴,魚味香濃,估您唔到。


蟹肉海皇湯,整多碗先得,因為好好飲之麻,哈哈。顏色似南瓜,連味道都有點似南瓜,應該靜靜雞用上南瓜湯底,清甜中散發鮮蟹味道,晶瑩剔透的湯汁熱燙燙幼滑地品嚐,good 呀 ﹗


焦糖燉蛋,傳統中的傳統法式甜品,脆卜卜焦香拖肥糖味併上滑滑震騰騰燉蛋,好鬼甜呀 ﹗草莓慕絲,細緻的質地,奶味突出跟酸咪咪草莓醬打得火熱,清香不膩的味道十分討人歡喜。


轉眼消滅第 1 輪食物,即時進入 round 2,停不了。


咸菜忌廉湯,又會比您諗到如此配搭,得意有趣開胃好好味,推介 ﹗蒸三文魚配忌廉汁,腥味霸道而強烈,一啖吐出。


鵝肝黑松露雲吞,濃濃的芝士忌廉汁甜美非常,鬆軟墨松露雲吞皮包著鵝肝醬脹卜卜,一咬爆開 ﹗甘香脫俗,芬芳非凡,好味道。燉牛腩,膠質豐富,勁棉勁腍,醬汁已完全佔據牛肺每一吋肌膚,不過牛羶味也不弱呢。


四款甜品一次過,每款淺嚐一兩口,無咩特別。青蘋果紅茶,特別的演譯,紅茶跟青蘋果糖漿分開上,喜歡幾甜就幾甜,超級有趣得意好好玩喎。使我回想起細個經常食既青蘋果糖,酸酸的好醒神。女神十指尖尖,用纖孅玉手倒下青蘋果糖漿,好 sexy 啊 ﹗好靚好靚呀,想食埋隻手去添呢 ﹗


Round 1 & round 2 順利全勝,第 3 局隨即展開,唔好比佢停,繼續食 ﹗


燕窩鮮芒果布甸,依個夠平民,我鍾意,仲覺得所有甜品所好味係依款喇 ﹗甜蝦刺生併吞拿魚赤身刺生,有水準,不錯不錯。甜蝦彈滑黏,鮮甜味非凡突出。吞拿赤肉難得帶甜味,鬆軟可口滿意。


乾燒伊麵,味淡發脹腍劈劈,試一條就要放棄。燒乳豬,咸咸的而皮韌不脆。櫻花蕎麥麵,有少少甜味又有少少糖味,混埋咸味鰹魚豉油怪怪的。


凍紅蟹,偏瘦削不肥美,蟹肉有點乾,不見肉汁,麻麻地。黑朱古力,先甘後甜,舒服。白朱古力,勁甜受不了。牛奶朱古力,清淡可以接受。
