To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

你一定食過馬友,今日食呢條係我食過好味嘅一條之一,唔算好大條,但係皮脆肉嫩又滑,而且鹹香一流,絕對係愛魚人嘅選擇,我自己就最鐘意魚皮,就咁食同送威士忌真係一流,可惜下晝冇得太hardcore。

我最愛一定係呢佢金湯岩米釀原條花膠筒,花膠筒係出自石澳,加上了日本嘅珍珠米,以燴飯嘅形式,加左南瓜帶乾瑤柱及雞脾菇粒讓口感更紛陳,賣相又靚又好味,好似我鍾意食花膠嘅粉絲就一定鍾意。

大澳三寶蒸肉眼筋鴛鴦飯又係肯定未喺出邊食過,三寶包括魷魚乾,銀魚乾同蝦乾,平時可能你會覺得一定係撈米粉來吃,但係原來加上糯米同埋日本珍珠米個口感又係另一個世界,鴛鴦飯加上唔同嘅乾貨,口感一流。

啫啫蝦乾肉碎芥蘭煲,呢個充滿鑊氣同廣東氣息嘅美食,一吃就知好得,最正係每件蝦乾都好有咬口,加上肉碎炒菜嘅獻汁,送白飯一流。
