在尖沙咀THE ONE逛街，被路經的迷你凱旋門吸引住，剛好到了晚餐的時間，就毫不猶豫地進去享受一頓晚餐。西班牙黑毛豬鞍架黑毛豬鞍架用慢煮方式烹調，待上桌前Grill 香表面，切厚片。豬鞍架粉嫩粉嫩的，入口軟嫩帶有焦香。Linguine Vongole香蒜大蜆扁意粉意大利麵有很多種，我個人認為扁意粉配海鮮就最適合，所以今晚的香蒜大蜆扁意粉就是perfect match.蜆的鮮昧完全被扁意粉吸收，蒜香更加提鮮增香，很好吃的意粉。Apple crumble 焗蘋果金寶玉桂跟蘋果焦糖做出來的甜品，對我來說一向都是無法抗拒的，這個蘋果金寶不但有玉桂的香，蘋果的酸甜，面層的金寶更加香酸脆口，甜品就是讓人開心的食品。朱古力心太軟+雲呢拿雪糕朱古力心太軟一定要趁熱吃，流心的巧克力醬濃香配雲呢拿雪糕，一熱一冷，口感兩端，非常過癮。這個朱古力心太軟的巧克力微甜但巧克力卻非常香濃，大愛了💕
