魚米之鄉,本身唔係好鍾意食魚嘅我,平時係極度抗拒魚,一啖都唔會食,但係佢呢一個魚整得好滑好香,冇咩骨,連湯都勁好飲,啲湯好雪白,飲落有少少西式嘅感覺,好清甜又有少少忌廉湯嘅感覺,好鍾意好欣賞,份量又勁足勁大條菠蘿咕嚕肉,上嚟啲肉仲係勁脆皮,連埋啲咕嚕汁,甜酸適中,啲肉食得出新鮮,唔係啲急凍肉梅菜蒸菜心,平時好少會食梅菜蒸,今日突然想清淡少少所以叫咗呢個菜,梅菜連埋菜心去蒸好甜,成碟菜都好新鮮,又唔會蒸得太老,正杏仁茶,係用新鮮杏仁磨出嚟,唔似出邊坊間大部份用杏仁粉沖出嚟嘅,就連我呢啲唔太鍾意飲杏仁茶嘅人都覺得好正,食得出好重杏仁味,甜度都適中唔會死甜,飯後黎一碗咁嘅糖水真係好正
