To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚落了單,一個人沒有甚麼好吃的,天又下著大雨,在美孚的選擇更少,忽然想食海南鷄飯,又不想光顧惡評不絶的牛車水,於是只得一個去處,就是隔鄰的大家樂,以前也試過,水準不高,談不上好吃,但也勝過去牛車水受難.今次的驚喜是服務有禮及勤快,七點幾人也不算多,雞是上脾和胸部,都很嫩滑,火候剛剛好,皮與肉之間,汁液凝結成遮喱狀,甘香鮮味,雞皮爽脆,油飯很香,顆粒分明,口感一流,跟著上的汋西生菜也恰到好處,湯是霸王花煲豬睜,沒有味精,火候十足,汁醬除了薑葱還有酸甜汁,沒有他店的黑豉油,但也無妨.三十三元的代價可以算是超值的,好過去甚麼名店排隊,受氣,兼物非所值.
