之前上深圳都未有空試呢間酸菜魚,估唔到會喺香港連開四間分店。等候菜點時,抽下籤先。 老壇子酸菜魚湯底充滿大量酸菜、泡辣椒 ,辣度雖然指定咗,但平時食開小辣嘅我哋覺得入口唔會太辣,食到最後辣味開始衝擊。 酸菜魚比較薄身細片,方便咀嚼,份量貴精不貴多。額外加上紅薯粉更加索味。亂刀雙椒炒牛肉考刀功嘅菜式,將牛肉切成細細粒,加上辣椒彩椒炒出鑊氣,適合拌飯。芝士薯波波熱辣辣,外層炸薯脆口,內裏芝士濃郁。奶凍綿綿紅豆沙上層奶凍滑溜,椰香味濃,紅豆綿密,可解辣。
