To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 間唔中晚飯就會來呢度食,原因只因佢有我喜愛的菜式 - 紅酒燴牛尾首先餐廳環境係好一般的茶餐廳格局,樓面招呼近乎0,可以見到得一兩個侍應在餐廳走來走去,又收銀又落單又捧餐又執枱,真係踢晒腳,仲挨得住果下先好野 👍。由於人手少,執枱都係麻麻,唔見話好企理好乾淨果種,唔好期望太高。點餐都係,望極都唔見有侍應 講返食品,通常屋企人來鐘意食花膠雞湯飯,花膠質素都可以,以呢個價位仲要食花膠,叫做合格啦。紅酒燴牛尾的味道夠濃,汁都好夠味,肉夠離骨,只係肉地比較乾,可能係煮左好多日。
