To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打完防疫針,肚子有點餓。路過這食店,就進內吃點東西吧。店內全部是卡位,坐下頗覺舒適。下午茶選擇頗多,亦包含自由配搭。以下午茶來說,這個羅宋湯通粉份量算是頗足夠。湯的濃度合適,少許番茄再加上兩塊小肉骨,是大路貨色,熱度不足,口感因而受到影響。炸蝦是剛炸起,炸粉份量適中,口感不俗,但蝦餅則是已製作了一段時間,新鮮度打了折扣,味道亦祇屬一般。沙律用料及製作不過不失,冰冷度合適,屬可接受水平。煎餃胡亂擺放,影响外觀,進口即知製作已有一段時間,脆口度不足,但用料尚可。店內有自己品牌湯包及其他食品出售。綜觀是日品嘗的幾樣出品看來,該店的製作祇屬一般,屬大路貨色,幸好價錢不貴,尚可接受。
