我真係好喜歡飲湯啦⋯⋯無論中湯,西湯都極為喜愛。朋友知道,便帶我來到大角咀這間專食燉湯的小店了!這兒的牆上與餐牌都有著介紹各款燉湯的功效,好專業呀⋯⋯讓客人們自己也可以對症下藥!我當日選的是燉湯套餐,可以選一款燉湯,配合主食同配菜而我選的是黑松露燉湯,配新竹米粉,牛肝菌牛筋腩,蘿白同飄香鹵豆乾黑松露湯很甜,除了有松露粒外還有黑木耳及紅蘿蔔,湯頭有淡淡的黑松露清香,而黑木耳及紅蘿蔔都吸收了黑松露我香味,好好吃!湯還可以配合新竹米粉一起吃,這樣米粉也可吸收湯的味道。牛腩柔軟不韌,加上秘製鹵水汁的味道,不錯不錯。相同蘿白同飄香鹵豆乾也是用這個鹵水汁,兩者都十分入味,鹵水汁加入新竹米粉也十分美味⋯⋯值得一讚,鹵水汁也是不加味精,食左一D都唔會口乾呀!最後用8蚊配左枝蘋果山楂蜜棗茶,據店員姐姐話這些全都是即日煲的,賣完就無了!
