呢間餐廳同一般太子酒吧街嘅餐廳酒吧裝修風格大有不同,感覺 elegant 得多,難得場內仲播住中慢板既英文歌,格調高尚,完全令我扭轉對太子酒吧街一貫嘅感覺。一坐低嘢食都未嗌就梗係嘆返支啤酒先啦,揀咗至愛嘅 edelweiss,貪佢有嗰隻獨特嘅雪絨花香味,餐廳對啤酒質素嘅保持亦都極之嚴謹,喺我嗌第二杯嘅時候,侍應竟然話斟酒嗰位同事忙緊,要我地等一陣,又係嘅,一口氣打開個活塞,將個杯傾斜45度咁斟,最重要係三比一嘅 head foam,真係大有學問㗎,係我去過少數對於製作咁嚴謹嘅一間酒吧。吞拿魚牛油果醬脆筒,脆筒嘅溫度掌握得啱啱好,唔會有啲室溫嘅情況發生,牛油果食得出應該加咗少少嘢令到個牛油果醬更加杰身,牛油果嘅份量亦都好多,一直延伸到去脆筒嘅底部,吞拿魚經過少量調味,如果吞拿魚能夠再新鮮啲相信會更加好。鴨脾珍寶珠,賣相絕對無得頂,相信唔少妹豬都會衝住個賣相而黎,珍寶珠外層炸得勁脆,內層係鴨髀肉同埋薯蓉,鴨味充斥住每一下嘅咀嚼,另外珍寶珠喺食嘅時候都仲係辣口㗎,正。慢煮澳洲牛肋骨伴花生忌廉,見到佢個牛肋骨竟然係用花生忌廉醬咁特別,覺得好好奇,所以即刻嗌咗一個嚟試吓,牛肋骨經過慢煮後,肉質相

慢煮澳洲牛肋骨伴花生忌廉,見到佢個牛肋骨竟然係用花生忌廉醬咁特別,覺得好好奇,所以即刻嗌咗一個嚟試吓,牛肋骨經過慢煮後,肉質相當軟腍,黐骨嘅部位牛味當然唔會嘢少,再夾埋個花生忌廉醬,鹹鹹地得嚟又有好香嘅花生味,係一味好特別嘅牛肋骨。
