黎九龍城,10居其9都係揀泰國菜,我都係,但今次係一反常態,朋友介紹,於是為咗呢間私房菜走過嚟,試一試食過都讚好既大廚小館😁😁。嚟到小館,由於已訂枱,唔使等,大家知近幾日都30幾度,係九龍城街頭等食都真係唔野少。莆入坐,見隔離枱食既餸好吸引,我又鬼咁肚餓,好想一對筷子夾過去😂😂 食到污糟先影底,勿介意😅😅 餐牌就係度,一目了然,價錢都幾大眾化,炒個菜比酒樓還平 1. 梅酒凍苦瓜 苦瓜係我至愛,不論有幾苦,都覺得好味!梅酒、苦瓜,完全無想過將它地擺埋一齊!大廚好有計👍🏻好夾、好得!梅酒其實已經唔重酒味,苦瓜都無苦味,成個餸凍凍地,好啱夏天食,而且食落好爽,帶少少甜甜既話梅味,好難停口😋😋😋。其實它真係有兩粒話梅係個餸入面,個汁好似飲黃酒加話梅咁,差DD想連個梅酒汁都飲埋 。2. 蒜泥椒絲皮旦呢個凍盤又係好出色,皮旦凍食個種質地同煲皮旦瘦肉粥係好唔同,大廚整到個皮旦好入味,無咗皮旦果陣獨特既怪味;而且皮旦心有少少溶溶地,食落好棉滑。我一食成口都充滿蒜泥味,加上有D椒絲係度,添加咗小小辣味,好味道! 3. 杏汁豬肺湯呢個湯簡直係阿媽既味道,但阿媽唔鍾意杏仁味,從無加過杏汁煲;而大廚加上

 苦瓜係我至愛,不論有幾苦,都覺得好味!梅酒、苦瓜,完全無想過將它地擺埋一齊!大廚好有計👍🏻好夾、好得!梅酒其實已經唔重酒味,苦瓜都無苦味,成個餸凍凍地,好啱夏天食,而且食落好爽,帶少少甜甜既話梅味,好難停口😋😋😋。其實它真係有兩粒話梅係個餸入面,個汁好似飲黃酒加話梅咁,差DD想連個梅酒汁都飲埋

呢個湯簡直係阿媽既味道,但阿媽唔鍾意杏仁味,從無加過杏汁煲;而大廚加上杏汁,簡直無得彈
出面好多豬肺湯既豬肺好少會將豬肺先炒一次,避免有陣豬腥味影響咗煲靚湯。呢度夾湯渣時,會見到豬肺邊係燶燶地,就知大廚無偷工,每一步都做足黎煲個咁正既豬肺湯。

一揭蓋見到好足料,而且好大陣香味飄出黎,就知係好野。第一啖入口真係不得了,熱熱地,杏汁味好重,加埋雞腳呀,豬肉等等材料煲,真係好屋企重料煲果隻味,無得彈呀!全煲既豬肺湯渣比我食哂,鼓油都唔使點,入哂味,怪不得朋友都勁話:記住order豬肺湯呀😎😎

腐皮裏面包住娃娃菜,咁樣夾住食既感覺又幾得意、亦好特別,腐皮咁樣浸住都唔散,夠手工!無論腐皮定娃娃菜都吸哂個湯汁,好鮮甜。

本身好泥包住上,等大家用鎚仔敲爛埋硬身既泥,再拎番入廚房,整番靚靚先再上枱,變成呢個荷香蒸雞。好香,一開荷葉果陣陣香氣,雞肉嫩滑多汁,而且好淋、好入味。雞面頭其實仲鋪咗其他配料:雲耳、菇、疑似雲腿,令成隻既味道豐富咗,忍唔住一件又一件夾入口。✌🏻️✌🏻

呢個好大碟,分量十足。內有2隻蟹,蟹好新鮮,就算用咖哩炒完都仲食到蟹肉果種鮮味、甜味,唔客氣地食埋蟹蓋,原來。。。超多膏架!只係比咖哩色蓋過,見唔到原來咁多膏!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻食完個蓋,成隻手都香噴噴~

試埋底下既炒飯,粒粒飯都分明,加上蛋炒,好茶記出色既炒飯底😍😍聞說大廚係以前某餐廳既大廚,食完真的感受果種功架,並非浪得虛名👏🏻👏🏻

係度食飯可以他他調調,一路食一路吹,完全唔覺得有趕時間、做2轉既感覺。但所有菜都係既叫既煮,我地早到第一枱就最快有野食,愈遲入坐就要等等。而且見到大堂哥哥仔好勤力,乜都佢一面做哂,都仲笑笑口,同食客都有講有笑,依家係食肆真係好難見到呢d場面,咁出色既小館,要做落去,等我地有口福🤗🤗🤗
