To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環返工嘅我,又搵到個食飯好地方喇😛就係位於歌賦街嘅上海弄堂菜肉餛飩🤩一聽個名就知係食上海菜,啱晒鍾意食上海菜嘅我😛佢有個午市優惠只要六、七十蚊就有個套餐了,套餐會奉送凍豆漿或者特色飲品一杯🤩而食物選擇都好多啊,好似有餛飩及煨麵類、弄堂菜類及廚師美食類,都係受歡迎嘅上海菜😍花雕醉雞🐔好鍾意食呢個,雞件好大件,味道好濃,令到雞件好入味,可以配埋白飯或者菜飯,我就揀咗菜飯🤩絕對係足料菜飯,每一啖都食到有菜😛上海炒粗麵🥢好大碟,所以叫兩個set同人share就啱啱好😛非常足料,入面嘅豬肉同白菜都好多,味道都好濃👍🏻炒得好惹味😚午市套餐可以加$18有埋油菜或酸辣湯,我加埋酸辣湯,呢度嘅酸辣湯整得好平衡,酸辣適中,唔會太酸又唔會好辣,夠晒開胃,重有好多配料響入面🤩另外重叫咗我最愛嘅干篇四季豆,好入味但唔會太咸,送飯食一流🤤

花雕醉雞🐔好鍾意食呢個,雞件好大件,味道好濃,令到雞件好入味,可以配埋白飯或者菜飯,我就揀咗菜飯🤩絕對係足料菜飯,每一啖都食到有菜😛
