成日聽人講新蒲崗多美食,不過自己不常去,是日朋友帶路,才知這區也有日式餐廳,而且還可點隔鄰泰國餐廳的菜式,有新意。枝豆 - 先來個小食,稍稍調味下酒一流。鰻魚丼 - 鰻魚十分厚身,掃上醬油燒至香噴噴,肉質嫩滑,配上日本珍珠米,食不停口。泡菜豚肉丼 - 用上鹿兒島豚肉,加入泡菜及洋蔥炒,洋蔥炒至焦糖化,再鋪上蔥和黑芝麻,輕微的辣十分惹味。串燒 - 還點了四款串燒,有嫩滑的大蔥雞肉、辣油燒茄子、冬菇及多汁的翠玉瓜,一人一件淺嚐夠過癮。丼飯味道出色,下次試試其他菜式及泰菜!
