話說新蒲崗真係幾多嘢食,不過日本嘢就真係少喇,而一間就係位於新蒲崗裏面嘅一間日式食肆,今日就嚟試下佢!壽喜燒(2人份)入面有豆腐,豆卜,幾種菇類同埋生菜,仲有乾葛絲,豆卜索晒啲湯黎食好好味。牛肉亦都不錯,份量好多,味道濃鬱又柔軟,另外有生雞蛋,將淥熟嘅牛肉嘅點上生雞蛋會令牛肉非常滑,完全另一個口感招牌五色玉子燒 分吃有鰻魚口味,吞拿魚蓉口味,明太子醬口味,蟹肉口味同埋蟹籽口味,食完之後我比較鐘意蟹籽口味雞皮餃子唔洗點蛋黃醬都已經好夠味,外面層雞皮脆卜卜,入面啲牛陷好juicy~呢個係出面冇乜機會食,真係推介必食!!! continue reading

今日我與朋友到了在新蒲崗的一家親民的日本餐廳,除了美味的菜餚,餐廳的裝修也值得一提,整體設計採用自然材料,如木材和石材,營造出溫暖而舒適的氛圍。燈光柔和搭配簡約的家具,讓空間顯得寬敞而不擁擠。牆上的掛圖和風裝飾元素,讓人感受到濃厚的日本文化氣息。餐廳亦設有私密的包間,也很適合家庭或朋友聚餐,讓人可以享受私隱度高又愉快的用餐時光。我們點了壽喜燒牛肉鍋,這道菜讓我印象深刻。牛肉的質量極佳,選用的是新鮮的和牛,肉質細膩,入口即化。鍋底的湯汁以醬油、糖和米酒調製而成,甜咸適中,完美地襯托出牛肉的鮮味。每一片牛肉在鍋中輕輕煮熟,煮熟後帶有微微的香甜味,搭配醬油、糖和米酒調製的湯底,味道非常濃郁,搭配新鮮的蔬菜,如冬瓜和豆腐,讓整道菜色彩繽紛,營養均衡。除了壽喜燒,我還嘗試了蒜片牛柳粒🥩。這道菜的蒜香味十分濃郁,配上牛柳粒的嫩滑,口感層次分明。蒜片經過煎炒後,外脆內軟,帶出獨特的風味,與牛肉相得益彰。整體的調味也恰到好處,讓人一口接一口,吃得停不下來。鰻魚炒飯🍛更是意外的驚喜。米飯炒得粒粒分明,外焦內嫩,與蒜片的搭配恰到好處,鰻魚的鮮味融入每一口中,再加上些許蔥花的點綴,的鮮美與香氣交融,讓人停不下來,口感上佳,令人回味無窮。這家餐廳的菜品不僅味道出眾,服務也相當周到,環境舒適,是與朋友聚餐的理想選擇。總而言之,這次用餐體驗令人滿意~~~ continue reading
