新蒲崗廣場開了一間日式居酒屋,街坊口碑不俗,今天舊同事約了我食晚飯,啱啱佢喺新蒲崗返工,順道一試這裏的壽喜燒菜式。餐廳裝修簇新,光亮整潔,很有特色的大魚缸,看着龍抱豬游來游去,心曠神怡,平日晚餐時間都經常滿座。壽喜燒牛肉鍋 二人份 $198餐牌上日式美食選擇非常多,而最吸引我的是壽喜燒。牛肉鍋上枱非常有儀式感。明火保持溫度,還有很大堆頭的野菜盤,配搭牛肉吃不油膩,飲食得到平衡。牛肉色澤鮮豔,肉片大大塊,啖啖肉,肥瘦比例適中,脂肪均勻,味道濃郁,柔軟肉質,可口多汁,配上壽喜燒汁,甜甜地特別開胃。還有日本山雞蛋,牛肉沾上蛋汁,入口特別誘惑,食完有再想食的衝動。丼飯蒲燒鰻魚丼 $72丼飯有時餐廳的另一推介!厚厚嘅蒲燒鰻魚,丼飯也很有份量。蒲燒鰻魚外面烤得香脆,內裡軟綿,口感唔錯,冇骨而且食落唔會好甜,配上雞蛋絲,口感Q彈,果然好味。章魚小丸子 $28好耐都冇去過大阪,好掛住佢哋嘅街頭小食,章魚小丸子,粒粒章魚,小丸子有咬口,香而不膩,皮脆內嫩,熱騰騰,味道蠻不錯啊!

今天我和朋友來到位於新蒲崗的日本居酒屋聚會。首先點了青咖哩海鮮炒飯,大大隻的蝦子和魷魚非常新鮮,青咖哩的香氣和微辣的味道非常惹味。接著點了章魚小丸子,店家的擺盤非常精美,每份6粒小丸子都包裹著紫菜和木魚絲,分量也很足夠,這是來日本居酒屋不能錯過的經典小吃。最後我們點了招牌的壽喜燒牛肉鍋。上菜時就見到鍋裡滿滿的配料,特別是十字形切好的冬菇煮得非常入味。我們將牛肉放入滾燙的高湯中煮熟,再蘸上日本生雞蛋食用,完美地重現了道地的日本風味。整個用餐過程我們都感到非常滿足,不論是菜品的味道還是店家的用心擺盤,都令我們讚不絕口。這家日本居酒屋果然名不虛傳,下次有機會一定要再來品嘗。
