To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六同家人出街食飯,比較想食中菜,但係早幾日先食完粵菜,所以今次揀京滬菜式。北京老家,之前都聽尖沙咀返工既朋友講過好食。時間都算早,六點,但都坐滿,等左十五分鐘有位,下次再黎食星期六要記得book位等位既地方好寬敞坐低左,比咁別緻既枱面設計吸引住,真係活生生既金魚游來游去!北京填鴨,食京菜一定唔少得,皮脆肉嫩,薄餅搭上配菜一齊食,份外滋味炸銀絲卷,呢個係我既至愛,食京滬菜一定唔可以錯過!新鮮即炸,熱辣辣,好香口,超正!小籠包,裡面包裹住好豐富既肉汁,一咬落去,滿口肉汁拔絲士多啤梨,齋睇賣相已經好吸引,脆卜卜既糖醬外層,包住士多啤梨,咬落去,好豐富既層次感,糖醬既甜味,加上士多啤梨既果香。更能特出呢個甜品獨特之處。
