To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

😍出色傳統小食😍雖然生菜魚肉、碗仔翅呢啲傳統港式小食，有時想食到好食既，其實都唔易🥺，深水埗既明發，見佢主打街邊小食，當然要黎試下！魚肉碗仔翅🐟（$26/大）心大心細唔知食邊樣，一定係黎一個兩溝😆，食碗仔翅個人黎講好驚個種落左超多生粉水，變左漿糊咁既質感😫。喱到既濃稠程度算係剛好，唔會太水，有湯羹既感覺，碗仔翅用新鮮瘦肉做湯，食得出唔係hea交貨，魚肉彈牙真係有鯪魚肉既味！枱面既辣菜甫好辛辣，味道唔算係好香，但係加幾粒嘅話去令到成碗都變辣左😂。煎鴛鴦餃🥟（$41）餃子煎得幾好，冇難，而且外皮焦香，真正嘅金黃色！上枱嘅時候仲係熱辣辣，餃子菜多肉少，食落去係偏清爽既。熱豆腐花◻️($11)最後老闆娘請我地食左碗豆腐花，食落的確出色，可以話係好好食！豆腐花見到佢一層一層，食落口感剛剛好，夠滑又香豆味，加埋黃糖，必定翻兜之選！
