To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚約咗個好耐冇見嘅朋友食dinner，朋友鍾意食西餐，我就提議嚟呢間餐廳，餐廳空間感十足，有室內外座位，感覺好舒服一坐低就叫咗兩款生蠔 🦪非常多汁，口感爽脆鮮甜白酒煮澳洲鮮活藍青口藍青口肉質嫩滑味道鮮甜，除咗帶淡淡嘅海水味，還帶有淡淡嘅白酒香氣特色卡邦尼扁意粉意粉口感煙韌，每條都充滿醬汁，好creamy，蛋香味十足西班牙黑毛豬鞍豬鞍揀咗7成熟，口感鮮嫩肉汁豐富，帶有淡淡嘅橡果香味意大利頂級雲呢拿雪糕及魚子醬賣相好精緻，滑順口感嘅雲呢拿雪糕配上魚子醬，鹹鹹甜甜，味道有驚喜😋🥃Fate 朋友揀咗呢款cocktail 🥃加入咗Lychee 、whisky、 Lemon 同Egg white，酒味濃而不烈，調校得剛好🍸Happines打卡一流～呢杯就有Homemade Lychee 、berry mixture，味道好清甜
