To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日與久違的朋友前往旺角尋覓餐廳。選了這一間位於旺角中心附近旁的西餐廳。環境優美,分為室內和室外內部份,座位非常寬敞,且舒適。部份更設有Happy birthday玫瑰花字眼。下一次慶生可以和朋友再度前往。參考的選擇內容。最後我們叫了以下兩個set餐。Lab Eat Dinner Set($368/位)1.每日沙律是日沙律為鴨胸沙律,鴨胸非常香濃,沙律非常爽口,且新鮮。2.日式慢煮鮑魚(+$48)這個鮑魚前菜需要加$48 ,但物有所值,非常爽口,且新鮮彈牙,非常入味。3.忌廉餐湯餐湯為忌廉粟米湯,忌廉非常濃稠,且非常柔滑,非常好飲。4.是日精選(鱸魚意大利飯)這一道意大利飯,每一口都沾滿了香口的忌廉芝士醬汁,非常濃稠,且飯粒軟硬度適中,不會太生,不會太硬。鱸魚的表皮煎得脆脆的,內裏非常圓滿多汁,且新鮮。5.燒安格斯牛肉眼(+$88)叫了一道安格斯牛肉,需要加上$88 ,肉眼扒旁邊配上綿滑的薯蓉,新鮮的蘆筍。安格斯牛肉肉眼七成熟帶點微粉紅,吃落非常濃郁的牛味,且香口。還可以配上旁邊的牛肉醬汁,豐富嘅口感。6.每日精選甜品是日精選甜品是日式蛋卷配Gelato,日式蛋捲分為兩種口味,包括香蕉和抹茶口味Gelato是用上奶茶製成的,配搭非常新鮮。7.
