To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每蓬大節日我都有可能選擇星光行北京樓。
原因:
1)其實有啲貴,只可大節日食
2)如果識得揀,星光行北京嘅菜式味道絕對見得人有餘! 當然一山比一山高,亦食過比佢更好嘅。整體而言,都係幾出色!
3)北京樓好幾間分店!每間質素有落差。呢間幾好。

A)麻醬雞絲撈起:麻醬有誠意。味道不只有麻醬,花生醬。好惹味!

B)北京醬前蹄:其實就係鎭江肴肉。顏色比較深。一見到佢,以為可能有啲伏。但食落口,超哂班!重點唔止味道好,仲要係肥肉偏少。唔會好似有啲餐廳成層肥膏!而且汁醬唔係只係醋味。仲有醬油,芫茜,蔥。如果有去過江浙一帶,佢哋幾鍾意啲醮汁用醋加醬油

未裝修前北京樓,我都食過佢嘅填鴨,但唔係太鍾意。裝修後北京樓食物水準係提昇咗。但我相信呢個填鴨係好食,但絕對有更好響market 度

E)砂窩雲吞雞:好食,但係之前仲好食。今次湯,味道有點偏淡。但都好過好多京川滬餐廳。

F) 賽螃蟹:除咗少隻窩蛋,佢都煮得好出色。食過好幾間不同京川滬,佢係絕對出色!

G) 糖醋桂花:味道好,酸甜適中,係個shape ,如果條魚彎曲得嚟,頭尾向上,咁就perfect ! 其實更理想我唔需要shape 我prefer 去骨!咁就perfect

H)油爆帶子:呢個正正常常

I) 北京手拉麵:比之前好!有進步

J) 小籠包:唔錯!
