To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次喺旺角創興廣場試咗泰金鍋。叫咗個B餐,美國肩胛牛小排餐,埋單每位$368.5。冬陰功湯底係必試之一,味道好足料,有濃厚嘅泰國風味,辣度適中,幾易入口。而喇沙湯底蝦味比較重,自己唔太鍾意,不過偏好海鮮嘅朋友可能會有唔同感受。除咗邊爐,泰金鍋仲有其他泰國菜色。海南雞煮得啱啱好,肉質嫩滑,非常推薦。串燒帶有香濃沙嗲味,任叫款式令人滿意,幾似平時喺泰國食到嘅味道。泰式奶茶味道濃郁,十分正宗,對鍾意泰奶嘅朋友嚟講係必點之選。餐廳仲提供多款泰式醬料,當中綠椒汁酸辣開胃,特別適合同邊爐嘅肉類配搭。美國牛小排嘅質素算中規中矩,唔算特別驚喜,不過都符合一般期望。比較失望嘅係佢嘅流水蝦,供應唔多,而且蝦好似瞓咗覺,無咩活力。整體嚟講,泰金鍋嘅泰國風味料理做得唔錯,特別係配菜同小食方面出色,至於邊爐反而有啲似配角。如果鍾意泰國美食,呢度值得一試。
