其實好早就聽講 Happy Roller 嘅卷蛋好食,但一直冇機會試。最近難得去開旺角,就即刻嚟試下。佢地嘅門市就係「開心餅店」,「開心餅店」可以話係藏係旺角嘅寶藏傳統小店!只睇店面真係睇唔出佢地有賣同佢地表面有啲違和感嘅卷蛋。「開心餅店」距離朗豪坊唔遠,行大概 4 分鐘就到!店面就係傳統港式餅店嘅樣,雖然佢地門口嘅雪櫃有一啲港式嘅傳統卷蛋,但個啲並唔係我地要揾嘅,因為老闆將我地要揾嘅卷蛋放左係佢地廚房入面嘅雪櫃,所以我地係睇唔到嘅。門口嘅雪櫃有一個黑色板,個度寫左「今天現貨」,你就可以知道佢地個日有賣咩口味嘅卷蛋啦!揀好口味之後直接同老闆講就ok!但要注意嘅係,佢地只收現金,仲有每個禮拜二都唔賣卷蛋嘅。佢地依款卷蛋用左 0 卡稀少糖製作,少油少糖嘅。好多人話佢地嘅麻薯卷蛋好食,所以我最後就揀左「黑芝麻花生麻薯生乳卷蛋」。黑芝麻花生麻薯生乳卷蛋 - 甜度剛好!蛋糕口感濕潤,黑芝麻味幾濃,花生餡都唔甜,另外仲有細細粒嘅花生碎,提升左整體嘅口感,重點係入面嘅麻薯好軟!就算食唔曬,放係雪櫃整整一晚,第二日再食,麻薯嘅口感都冇太大嘅差別,唔會變到好硬。
