To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出色平靚餃

店舖不太，座位不足20人，每次去到都座無虛席，只好叫外賣吧！開初叫外賣都會擔心個餃皮唔即刻熱食就會變得硬。但回到家食完之後發現，原來我擔心都是多餘。水餃每次都係即叫即煮，水餃皮做得非常出色，皮薄而且煙韌, 每一粒都大大粒，size幾乎做到一樣咁大，餡料飽滿又新鮮。蕃茄鮮肉餃　－　打開粒餃見到一粒粒蕃茄粒好新鮮而且裹面豬肉非常juice。茴香鮮肉鮫 – 茴香不是常常有貨，要食既就打電話去問左先，茴香味很濃郁，但如果怕食香料味既朋友就要考慮下啦！ 麻醬拌麵（熱食）　－　花生味很重，麻醬平均掛在每條麵上，加上伴有清爽青瓜絲，又熱又凍，幾特別。 麻辣口水雞　－　麻辣味聞落就好強，食落唔會太辣，而且麻既口感剛剛好，唔會麻到食唔到其他野，雞肉本身好滑好嫩，絕不柴。
