今日去咗旺角同朋友飲茶,餐廳係朋友介紹,賣點係點心全手工製作,每一個小品都有米芝蓮師傅們精心製作。活拆生剝鮮蝦腸蝦肉飽滿彈牙,腸粉又滑,超級好味。雪山叉燒包叉燒肉厚實多汁,包餡剛好,鬆軟微甜。四寶雞札內餡豐腴,每一口都能感受到雞肉的鮮美。鮮蝦菜苗餃餡料非常飽滿,皮薄餡多,汁水充盈,果然啲點心係即叫即整!煎釀茄子茄子外皮微焦,內裡軟嫩滑溜。師傅乾炒牛河牛肉入味鮮嫩,配料豐富,夠鑊氣。蝦多士酥脆誘人,蝦仁飽滿鮮香,加少少沙律醬一同進食更加美味。花膠螺頭燉赤肉湯花膠軟嫩彈牙,螺頭肉質肥美,入口回甘,非常滋補。唔講唔知原來餐廳係自家品牌,有分店,下次再飲茶可以搵吓附近有冇鋿晶館。
