叫了大良炒鮮奶,香炸鱔,紙包骨,跟兩碟小食。大良炒鮮奶一定要即叫即整,所以是最好味的,秘訣有二,一,一定要用脂肪含量高的水牛奶,才不會出水,二,不可過火炒。食得出牛奶是靚的,奶味突出,也不會過老,可以encore.炸鱔都幾香口,鱔味夠鮮甜,不錯。紙包骨做法是用玻璃紙包著先炸後焗,這樣肉汁便不會流失,這菜普通水準,可能是炸的火候,又可能是一早炸定,覺得可以好味些。整體上值得一讚,都是家中不會整的菜式,來食便對了。
